The maximum dosage of Yashad Bhasma is 500 mg per day.The safest dosage is about 40 mg per day.According to our experience,Yashad bhasma works well with the dosage of 20 mg twice a day even in sore throat and other infections.Therefore,there may not be need to increase its dosage from this safe line.
