Parval bhasma, 7.50mg
Mouktik (Mukta) bhasma, 7.50mg
Rajata bhasma, 5.00mg
Abhraka bhasma, 5.00mg
Loha bhasma, 12.50mg
Rasaindoor, 17.50mg
Processed in Kumari (Aloe vera) leaf swaras, q.s

1. Elemental assay for Suvarna (Gold) to be 10.0% to 12.0% in formulation is assured and Shastra Shuddha Suvarna Bhasma geneally has not less than 95% elemental gold.
2. Elemental assay for Rajata (Silver) to be 4.8% to 7.2% in formulation is assured and Shastra Shuddha Silver Bhasma geneally has not less than 55% elemental silver.
3. Elemental assay for Loha (Iron) to be 6.4% to 12.0% in formulation is assured and Shastra Shuddha Iron Bhasma geneally has not less than 55% elemental iron.
Dosage & Anupan:
1-2 tablets once or twice a day or as directed by the physician. Preferably consume with cow milk, honey or cow ghee
Pathya (Preferred):
Diet: Shali rice, barley, wheat, black gramhorse gram, sesame, snake gourd, brinjal, pomegranate, mango, jujube, garlic, cow milk, butter milk, etc
Life style: Genetle massage with medicated oil fomentation, bath, adequate rest
Apthya (To be avoided)
Diet: Barey gram, green peas, bitter gourd, cluster figs, kamalgatta, betel nut, jambul fruit, dried frozen meat, astringent food, kshar, etc
Life style: Mental stress, keeping late nights, curbing the natural urges, over indulgence in sex, airy surrounding.
